Private sessions in person are available in Asheville, NC. If you live in another area, phone sessions are available.

One hour session: $125
Two hour session: $250

24 hour cancellation policy.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.  Sessions canceled less than 24 hours ahead will not be refunded.

How many sessions will I need?
There is no set number of sessions.  The average is between three and six.  Some people only need one.  Each person is treated individually and can monitor his or her progress from session to session.
